Mr. Kyle Smith

Mr. Kyle Smith has served as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) Budget Division systems team lead from July 2019 to present, with a focus on administration and continued enhancement of the department-wide Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) OneNumber system. Prior to working for DHS Budget, Mr. Smith worked for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) for ten years. During this time, he most recently served as chief of the USCG budget formulation division in the Office of Budget and Programs, and previously as senior budget analyst and PPBE system administrator.
