Ms. Bethany Carter

Bethany is a Principal at Kearney with over 20 years of financial management and project management experience. Bethany currently leads the Project Management Team (PMT) for three Department of Defense (DoD)consulting engagements. Prior to that, she spent several years leading the PMT on two DoD audit engagements. Bethany is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional, a Certified Government Financial Manager and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. For the past eleven years, Bethany has been an active participant in several mentoring programs.
