Katherine Trimble is the Assistant Inspector General for Audits at the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of the Inspector General where she manages a diverse portfolio including grants and contracts, information technology, financial management, and assessments of program economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. Katherine previously served as the Deputy Assistant Inspector General for Audits at the Department of Homeland Security OIG, and as an Assistant Director at the Government Accountability Office. Katherine holds a M.A. in Policy Analysis from the Johns Hopkins University, a M.S in National Security and Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, and a B.A. in American History from Earlham College.
