Mr. Byron Adkins

Byron M. Adkins, Jr. is a high performing senior executive with over 18 years of federal government experience and military service (U.S. Army). In his current position as the Director of the Interior Business Center (IBC), Byron is responsible for leading the delivery of shared services to support Interior offices and bureaus, as well as over 150 other federal agencies. The IBC operates under a fee-for-service, full cost recovery business model, offering Acquisition, Financial Management and Human Resources systems and services to federal organizations. Byron holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and an MBA from George Washington University.
